Edmonton’s BeerFest is one of Edmonton’s longest-running beer-themed festivals. First launched in 2006, BeerFest helped introduce the modern beer festival format to the Alberta market. In its early years, smaller events were held across the province to build awareness and develop the regional festival audience, including events in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Red Deer and Lethbridge. Over nearly two decades, Edmonton’s BeerFest has grown into one of the city’s most recognizable festival experiences.
