Community and cultural respect
Represent origins accurately, avoid stereotypes and create measurable local economic or cultural value.
Insurance and safety

Planning your partnership
Can the sponsorship package be customized?
Yes. BeerFest Days can combine available festival visibility, programs, hospitality, content, community engagement and onsite activation into a written plan aligned with your objectives.
Does sponsorship include category exclusivity?
Not automatically. Category protection must be specifically defined in the written agreement and depends on existing commitments, availability and investment.
Can we provide products or services instead of cash?
BeerFest may accept relevant in-kind contributions. Benefits are based on verified fair-market value, operational usefulness, activation potential and a written agreement.
Does sponsorship authorize liquor service or use of BeerFest branding?
No. Sponsorship does not provide a liquor licence, permit or blanket authorization to use BeerFest trademarks. Licensed activity and brand use require the applicable written approvals.
How will our sponsorship be measured?
Measures are agreed before activation and may include available visibility, participation, hospitality use, content delivery, industry engagement, photo documentation and community outcomes.
