Setup begins Friday, March 22 at 8:00 am. All booths must be set up and ready for show opening at 4:00 pm sharp


*A maximum # of booths will be allowed to ensures our vendors participation is worth while.

Sampling Booth- $ 850+gst  

Not Sampling (Food) – $1500+gst

Additional 10′ x 10′ spaces – $385

Booth Setup

  • It is suggested that you bring your own booth set up.   Tent, Trailer, etc…    
  • Table (1) with skirting – Available on request
  • 10 x10 booth space with pipe and drape – Available on request

Are you traveling from out of Canada?

Step #1:

  • Register and pay for the event. Check the appropriate boxes and fill out the proper information.

Step #2:

  • Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
  • Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation, meals, and transportation during the conference.
  • After completing the registration and verifying your successful payment , a regular invitation letter will be sent within 7 business days.
