




BeerFest and all related BeerFest Days events operate under a Special Event Liquor Licence (“SEL”) issued to organizers by Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (“AGLC”).
All participating businesses, agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, licensees, exhibitors, sponsors, and representatives (“Participants”) are required to comply with:
Participation in the event does not authorize any Participant to independently operate outside the conditions of the SEL or Festival operational procedures.
Festival Management maintains final operational authority regarding:
Participants acknowledge that unauthorized operational activity, including but not limited to:
may create operational and compliance concerns affecting the SEL holder and the Licensed Premises.
Festival Management reserves the right to:
All Redemption Systems, including tickets, tokens, digital credits, pours, sample credits, and settlement calculations, remain under the sole operational control of Festival Management.
Participants are not authorized to:
Festival Management reserves the right to audit reconciliation records and investigate discrepancies where necessary for operational, safety, compliance, or regulatory purposes.
By participating in BeerFest, Participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all Festival operational requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
BeerFest Organizers reserves the right to modify operational procedures, participation requirements, and compliance standards where necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, or operational purposes.
